Refund policy

Once a return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 4 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by the quality check department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 2 days.

The expected timelines are as below:

• For COD orders, refund against return will be given as in-store credits after deducting return handling fee Rs.200.
• And for all the prepaid orders, refund will be given directly into the source account.
• If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
• If you return an order delivered to you, shipping/cod charge if applicable will not be refunded.
• Return Handling Fee: Rs. 200
Applicable on all returns except for damaged or incorrect product deliveries.
