At Stylum, it’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and exchange the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Stylum website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
At Stylum we have 7 days return and exchange policy, it gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from Stylum.in for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item.
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN AND EXCHANGE:
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
Returns and exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
Sale of clearance sale items as defined are final and will not be returned or exchanged.
Note: One time reverse pick-up would be done against an order.
TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO STYLUM, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
Return Charges/ Exchange Charges
Returns and exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.
Exchanges are completely free.
For any return of a full-price product from your order, a nominal charge of Rs. 199/- per product will be applicable for return shipment charges. This amount will be deducted prior to processing the refund. The remaining balance will be refunded to you in the form of a gift card.
For all orders, refund against return will be given as in-store credits after deducting return charges (except where wrong product, wrong size or defected product was delivered to the customer).
Or To raise a return request please drop us an email on email@example.com and we will process your request. Kindly share Order id, product name and product SKU on the email to avoid confusion.
Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.
FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP.
We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care no. 6377118959.
At Stylum we have 7 days exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
