Return and Exchange Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
To request a cancellation, please email us at care@Stylum.in within 6 hours of placing your order.
• Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM.
• Status-Based: Requests are subject to order status. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• Refund: Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
2. Exchange Policy (Size Issues)
We want you to have the perfect fit!
• [FREE ONE-TIME EXCHANGE]: Stylum offers one (1) size exchange per order, free of cost.
• Guideline: Only size exchanges are possible. We do not exchange for different colours or products.
• Window: Exchange requests must be placed via our portal within 3 days of delivery.
• Subsequent Exchanges: Any exchange requested after the first free exchange will incur a shipping fee of ₹200.
3. Return Policy (Damaged/Wrong Products)
Returns are only available for Incorrect size, damaged, or wrong products delivered.
• Return Window: 3 days from delivery.

Unboxing footage is mandatory to place a return or exchange request for wrong or damaged product cases. The video must clearly show the package seal being broken and the contents inspected in a single, unedited clip. Without this footage, requests for wrong or damaged items cannot be processed.
4. Critical Disclaimers & Operational Clauses
• [COLOR & IMAGE DISCLAIMER]: We use professional studio lighting for our photography. Due to differences in screen brightness, saturation, and lighting, slight colour variations may occur between the website images and the actual product. Such variations do not qualify as a "Wrong Product" delivery.
• [REVERSE PICKUP ATTEMPTS]: Our courier partner will attempt a reverse pickup a maximum of two (2) times. If the customer is unavailable or fails to hand over the package after 2 attempts, the return/exchange request will be marked as closed.
• [CORRECT ITEM HANDOVER]: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that only the approved Stylum product is handed over to the courier person. If an incorrect item or a product from a different brand is handed over, Stylum will not be liable for the loss of that item, and the refund/exchange will be voided.
5. Refund Policy
• QC Requirement: Refunds will only be initiated if the product passes our internal Quality Check (QC). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
• Shipping/COD Fees: Original shipping or COD charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
• COD Orders: For COD orders, the refund will be credited in the form of Store Credit only.
• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
• Processing Time: 2-3 weeks from the date the package is handed over to the courier partner.
6. Non-Returnable Items
• Products purchased from a Clearance Sale.
• Gift Cards.
